Annmarie Fairweather serves as Chief Human Resources officer at Learning Ally. She is accountable for leading every People, Cultural and Talent initiatives. Annmarie, a Human Resources professional with more than 30 years' experience, has helped leaders team members, as well as companies improve performance. This was especially true when there was a rapid change and business growth. As a consultant in transforming human and business strategies into goals and strategic objectives for enterprises and plans has included organizational and performance planning, employee engagement and changes management. She is extremely passionate about learning and envisions developing team and leadership as the most powerful competitive advantage. She has worked with Fortune 500 companies and small to midsize businesses, developing leaders, and coaching them to achieve evidence-based outcomes. The experience has helped to create organizational cultures which embodied innovative learning practices and the capacity to adapt. Annmarie was inspired to donate her talent and time to support Learning Ally's mission. In her spare time, she also provides support to several non-profit organizations. They include participating as an active part of the Castell Project Leadership Development Committee which is a group dedicated to supporting women in their development as leaders providing training for The Hospitality Healthcare Network a professional membership association that is based in North America with the specific mission to provide training in networking and advocacy specifically targeted at healthcare hospitality houses and aiding Shatterproof a national nonprofit organization committed to ending the addiction crisis in the United States in educating communities to help those suffering from the diseases of addiction.
